Kathryn has been writing since she was fourteen years old, ever since the first time she took the book she was reading and began to imagine alternate plot lines and new characters. She was raised on Tolkien, C.S. Lewis, Lewis Carol, and Dr. Seuss. As she has grown older, she has also developed a weakness for Shakespeare, Chaucer, and Mark Twain.
Above all, she is a lover of stories, in whatever form they come.
She has a BA in English/Creative Writing from Warren Wilson College.
